Quality Administrator (4-month contract)

About the role

Our client, a leading international organisation in the healthcare sector, is seeking a Quality Administrator on a four‑month temporary contract to support the rollout of a new global Quality Management System. You will ensure that quality documentation is accurately transferred into the new platform, maintaining compliance throughout the project.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the new Quality Management System.
• Upload, transfer and maintain quality documentation in the new platform.
• Copy and migrate documents, ensuring correct formatting and version control.
• Verify document accuracy, completeness and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain high levels of data accuracy and record integrity.
• Provide administrative support to the Quality team.
• Assist with document control activities throughout the project.

Required profile

• Previous administration experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• High accuracy when handling large volumes of documentation.
• Proactive and methodical approach to work.
• Experience in a regulated environment such as quality, pharmaceutical or healthcare is beneficial but not essential.

Required skills

• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
