Quality and Compliance Coordinator

About the role

The Quality and Compliance Coordinator will support Cygnet Hospital Ealing in maintaining high standards of care through robust administrative systems, governance reporting and audit activities. Working 37.5 hours per week on‑site, you will be a key member of a supportive team dedicated to patient‑centred treatment for eating and personality disorders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain administrative systems for the Governance Structure, Audit Strategy, Quality Dashboard and Service Development Plans.
• Provide minute‑taking and timely distribution of Clinical Governance meeting minutes and monthly reports to Heads of Departments.
• Prepare and present the weekly audit dashboard, capture SMART actions and follow‑up on outcomes.
• Lead local audits, compile detailed feedback and share results with staff.
• Support the daily safety huddle and contribute to quality improvement projects.
• Produce reports for the monthly Quality and Safety meeting and ensure appropriate access.
• Cover for other members of the Quality and Admin team as required and produce high‑quality written materials.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in an administrative or governance support role within a healthcare setting.
• Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or equivalent spreadsheet software.
• Experience using database applications for record‑keeping and reporting.
