Quality Assurance Officer – Manufacturing (ISO 9001/14001/45001)

About the role

You will join a nationally recognised manufacturing business that produces a range of products for retail, hospitality and related sectors. Reporting to the Quality Manager and working closely with the HSE Manager, you will help maintain and improve the company’s Integrated Management System.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.
• Control and update all managed documents, policies, procedures and records.
• Coordinate the internal audit schedule, prepare audit plans and support auditors.
• Track non‑conformities and drive corrective actions.
• Collect data and produce reports on quality, environmental and health & safety performance.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Quality Management, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
• Previous experience supporting or managing ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 systems, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Experience with Integrated Management Systems.
• Audit coordination and non‑conformance handling.
• Documentation control and record‑keeping.
