Quality Assurance Systems Officer

About the role

Creative Support Ltd is seeking a motivated Quality Assurance Systems Officer to join its national quality department. You will play a key part in reviewing and analysing quality data, supporting internal audits and helping services improve their quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the internal quality audit schedule and conduct audits as required.
• Review, analyse and report on quality data to identify trends and prevention strategies.
• Support services with quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Assist in overseeing the social care governance structure and maintaining quality systems.

Required profile

• Strong background in reviewing and analysing quality data.
• Excellent communication, writing and organisational skills.
• Ability to work flexibly, manage time effectively and collaborate within a team.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and willingness to work at least 30 hours per week.
