Quality Auditor

About the role

This full‑time, site‑based position is based at Greencore Desserts in Devizes, Wiltshire. As a Quality Auditor you will audit, monitor and continuously improve quality systems across the manufacturing site, supporting operational teams and ensuring food safety standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Audit compliance with QMS, GMP and HACCP, raise clear non‑conformances and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Conduct traceability audits, retrieve data efficiently and present findings.
• Perform scheduled sampling activities including microbiological, nutritional, swab and organoleptic testing.
• Prepare, facilitate and trend taste panels, escalating out‑of‑specification results.
• Calibrate factory measurement equipment and manage out‑of‑tolerance actions.
• Support investigations into complaints, incidents and out‑of‑specification results through audits and data analysis.
• Assist NPD trials and product launches with testing, shelf‑life assessment and taste panels.
• Provide day‑to‑day technical support to factory teams, audits and customer visits.
• Contribute to technical KPI delivery through proactive improvement actions.
• Promote health, safety and environmental standards at all times.
