Quality Complaint Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Quality Complaint Specialist to join our UK pharmacy quality team. The role supports the Superintendent Pharmacist by triaging, submitting, trending and investigating quality complaints received from patients.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and triage patient‑reported quality complaints.
• Submit relevant complaints to suppliers and track responses.
• Perform trend analysis and root‑cause investigations.
• Document investigations and corrective actions in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain batch‑lot traceability and ensure accurate record‑keeping.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months of experience in pharmaceutical quality or regulatory affairs.
• Strong knowledge of UK and EU pharmaceutical regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
