About the role

This role ensures that all outgoing client correspondence meets the highest standards of accuracy, clarity, tone and compliance with FCA guidelines. As a Quality & Compliance Assessor you will protect consumers and help deliver real financial outcomes for real people.

Key responsibilities

• Review and quality‑check outgoing client correspondence before dispatch, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies or areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback to the team.
• Maintain high standards in a fast‑moving, volume‑driven environment.
• Act as a key line of quality control within an FCA‑regulated framework.

Required profile

• Exceptional eye for detail and ability to spot issues others miss.
• Ability to work at pace and handle a steady volume of work without compromising quality.
• Working understanding of the FCA consumer credit environment, gained through experience in banking or financial services.
• Comfortable reading and critically assessing formal financial correspondence.
• Reliable, conscientious and takes pride in delivering high‑standard work.
