Quality & Compliance Executive

About the role

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Quality & Compliance Executive to join our team. The role supports the Group’s quality, environmental, security, and privacy certifications and ensures the business remains audit‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain certifications and manage internal and external audits (SOC2 Type II, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 22301, ISO 42001, ISO 14001, PCI‑DSS).
• Liaise with external certification bodies and coordinate the annual audit programme.
• Support the risk management programme and proactively identify and escalate compliance risks.
• Manage supply chain risk through assessment of new and existing suppliers.
• Provide security, risk and privacy assurance to customers and assist with related questionnaires.
• Coordinate business continuity and disaster recovery programmes.
• Manage and monitor policies and procedures, ensuring timely reviews and implementation of new legislation.
• Coordinate training and awareness activities on quality, security, environmental and privacy standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Professional experience in information security, risk, compliance and privacy.
• Experience supporting or managing ISO certifications or similar compliance frameworks.
• Experience with supply chain risk, risk management and business continuity programmes.
• Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented problem‑solving approach with good negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience in internal auditing, continuous improvement initiatives or delivering training is desirable.
• Experience within IT, telecoms or technology environments is advantageous.
