Quality & Compliance Manager

About the role

The Quality & Compliance Manager will lead all audit and compliance activities, ensuring Fenton Packaging retains its ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001 certifications. Working closely with every department, you will embed, maintain and continuously improve quality systems to support safe, sustainable and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001 internal audits.
• Understand EcoVadis requirements and support the annual submission.
• Manage all quality‑compliance activities, including risk assessment, audit review and monitoring.
• Maintain accurate quality and compliance records and chair quarterly quality meetings.
• Conduct internal audits on schedule and liaise with department heads on corrective actions.
• Collaborate with senior management to communicate compliance requirements across the business.
• Develop internal controls and policies to meet regulatory and legal standards.
• Address non‑conformances promptly and coordinate with external auditors, customers and suppliers.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing quality and compliance within an organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to carry out quality audits and implement process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements relevant to ISO standards.
• Leadership capability with excellent teamwork and commercial awareness.
• Ability to work collaboratively with managers across departments.
