Quality Engineer – Manufacturing & Precision Engineering

About the role
We are seeking a proactive Quality Engineer to join our state‑of‑the‑art facility near Bingley. You will become a key problem‑solver, ensuring that all company, customer and industry standards are consistently met while supporting our growth in the marine, energy and defence markets.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
- Lead investigations and root‑cause analysis for non‑conformances.
- Inspect a range of manufactured products destined for defence, energy and aerospace sectors.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and other relevant standards.
- Collaborate with the CNC and production teams to drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Experience in a precision engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Motivation to develop skills and progress towards a senior role.
- Ability to commute to Bingley (Bradford, Shipley, Keighley, Leeds, Halifax).
