Quality Inspector – Aerospace & Precision Components

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Inspector with a precision‑manufacturing background to join a leading aerospace component manufacturer in Bristol. The role is days‑based, Monday to Friday, with a 12:30 pm finish on Fridays and the opportunity to earn overtime at 1.5×.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect a range of machined components and welded assemblies to ensure they meet ISO 9001 specifications.
• Use conventional measuring equipment and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) or FARO Arm to verify dimensions.
• Collaborate with Quality, Production and Engineering teams to resolve non‑conformities.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Quality Inspector in a precision environment.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Hands‑on experience operating CMM equipment.

What we offer

• Salary £38,000‑£42,000 per year (OTE up to £46,000).
• Permanent contract with a 39‑hour week.
