Quality Inspector – Aircraft Interior Components

About the role

Join a dynamic team dedicated to shaping the future of aircraft interior components. As a Quality Inspector you will ensure that every part meets the highest aerospace standards, contributing to safer and more innovative air travel.

Key responsibilities

• Perform First Article Mechanical Inspections of components and sub‑assemblies to AS9102 standards.
• Complete First Article Inspection Reports and record data in the MRP system.
• Manage equipment calibration to maintain quality compliance.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives by analysing product and process performance.
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve issues and improve satisfaction.
• Participate in New Product Introduction through quality planning and implementation.
• Capture and analyse quality data, taking corrective action on deviations.

Required profile

• Experience in quality or aerospace manufacturing, preferably medium to high‑volume.
• Proficiency with handheld measuring tools and ability to read engineering drawings and geometrical tolerances.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and MRP systems.
• Knowledge of AS9102 standards and First Article Inspection processes.
