Quality Inspector

About the role

As a Quality Inspector at Ferrero, you will ensure that the production environment consistently meets the company’s high standards for quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with production and quality teams to monitor processes, identify risks, and support continuous improvement across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks across hygiene, GMP, allergen controls, and Critical Control Points (CCPs).
• Monitor audit schedules and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Verify product quality, including recipes, batching, labeling, and traceability.
• Identify and resolve quality and food safety issues on the production line.
• Carry out product inspections and sampling in line with Group standards.
• Manage non‑conforming and quarantined products.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with production teams to maintain and improve quality performance.
• Provide clear daily reporting and handovers.

Required profile

• Experience in a food manufacturing or quality environment.
• Strong understanding of GMP, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Detail‑focused, highly organized, and proactive in problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with production teams.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
