Quality Inspector

About the role

The Quality Inspector will support the Glenrothes plant by performing first‑off and first‑article inspections, maintaining quality records and ensuring product compliance for radial piston motors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct first‑off inspections of components and internal First Article Inspections (IFAIs) and complete related reports.
• Handle service and engineering requests concerning product quality.
• Maintain and update quality records.
• Create and maintain CMM programs.
• Liaise with MFE/TEF departments and associates on first‑off inspections and quality issues.
• Maintain and calibrate gauging and measurement equipment as required.

Required profile

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Strong communication skills.
• Capability to prioritize daily workload effectively.
• Experience with CMM is advantageous.
