Quality Inspector – Woking (Temp-to-Perm)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Quality Inspector to join our client’s team in Woking. You will be responsible for inspecting products and ensuring that all dispatched goods meet the highest quality standards. The role offers a temporary‑to‑permanent pathway with opportunities for progression and training.

Key responsibilities

• Work alongside the Quality Engineer to verify that products meet quality requirements before dispatch.
• Collaborate with the Production team to meet client order deadlines and targets.
• Perform detailed inspections according to customer guidelines and complete all required quality paperwork.
• Adhere to shift patterns (5:30 am‑3 pm or 3 pm‑11 pm on a rotating weekly schedule, Monday‑Friday).

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work varied shift hours.
• Basic knowledge of quality procedures is advantageous but not essential.
• Own transport is a plus, though not mandatory.
