Quality Manager – Precision Engineering & Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead a small team of experts within a global precision engineering and manufacturing business. You will be responsible for maintaining ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 management systems, driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits against ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Support and assist with external audits.
• Provide training on ISO 17025 where required.
• Travel occasionally to other company sites to oversee quality activities.
• Champion process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Current or recent experience as a Quality Manager or similar role.
• Background in precision engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience managing ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 systems.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead a small specialist team.

What we offer

• Salary range £50,000 – £60,000 per year plus bonus.
