Quality Manager – Semiconductor Manufacturing

About the role

Forefront RF is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of its Quality Management System (QMS) as the company moves from development to full‑scale production. The role will ensure product quality across the entire lifecycle, working closely with engineering, operations and external manufacturing partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the QMS, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and semiconductor industry best practices.
• Establish scalable quality and reliability processes for new product introduction, qualification, manufacturing ramp‑up and production scale‑up.
• Lead product qualification, reliability testing, failure analysis and root‑cause investigations, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage quality relationships with foundries, OSATs and test providers, supporting supplier qualification, audits, yield improvement and excursion management.
• Monitor product, supplier and reliability performance data, define KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support customer qualification and quality requirements, including issue investigation and resolution.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading quality management systems in a semiconductor or high‑tech manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and industry best practices.
• Experience coordinating with external manufacturing partners such as foundries, OSATs and test providers.
• Ability to drive reliability testing, failure analysis and root‑cause investigations.
