Quality & Safety Trainer with Fire Safety Experience

About the role

HCRG Care Group is seeking a compassionate Mandatory Trainer to deliver Fire Safety, Warden and Evacuation training across our Community Adult and Children Services. The role also covers additional Quality & Safety programmes such as Basic Life Support, Patient Management & Handling and Conflict Resolution. You can work part‑time or full‑time in a hybrid model with regular regional and national travel.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver mandatory fire safety, warden and evacuation training to clinical staff.
• Provide Quality & Safety training including BLS, PM&H and Conflict Resolution.
• Support internal quality assurance of all learning interventions in line with TLE processes.
• Maintain and update the clinical and Quality & Safety training catalogue.
• Participate in training projects, programmes of work and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist SMEs in developing and delivering effective learning interventions.

Required profile

• Experienced trainer with a background in fire safety and emergency procedures.
• Ability to deliver training to adult and children service teams.
• Willingness to travel regionally and nationally.
• Flexible approach to part‑time or full‑time working.
