Quality System Specialist

About the role

Loftware is looking for a motivated Quality Systems Specialist to join its global compliance team. The role is full‑time, hybrid, and based primarily in Portsmouth, NH, with additional locations in the UK and Slovenia. You will support ISO compliance, SOC2 audits, and continuous‑improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001 and other applicable standards.
• Assist in planning and executing internal and external audits, including SOC2 Type 2.
• Support investigations of deviations, non‑conformities, and corrective‑preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain and update documentation within the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Respond to customer Request for Information (RFI) questionnaires.
• Drive continuous‑improvement projects and support CAPA processes.
• Assist with quality integration during mergers and acquisitions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a QA/QC environment or in‑house quality role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional projects and meeting deadlines.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001 standards.
• Experience with SOC2 Type 2 audit processes.
• Proficiency in CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) methodology.
• Auditing skills and familiarity with Quality Management Systems.
