About the role
We are looking for a Quality Systems Engineer to lead and enhance our quality management system at the Glenrothes plant. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure our radial piston motors meet the highest standards for our global OEM customers.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and improve the strategy, processes and documentation of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Manage and drive internal and external audit programmes, including ISO 9001 audits.
- Lead multi‑function teams to implement improvement activities and corrective actions.
- Train staff on QMS usage and communicate changes across departments.
- Generate and distribute regular performance reports on the QMS.
- Maintain the facilities document control system and ensure compliance with internal and customer requirements.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience in business systems and auditing within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively and drive results.
- Preferably IRQA registered and a member of CQI, with lead auditor experience for ISO 9001.

- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- SAP (preferred)
- AHP (preferred)
- ISO 9001 audit and documentation
