Quality Test Engineer II – Salesforce

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with user groups and development teams to execute development‑related testing and support end‑users during test phases.
• Define and scope test plans, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best‑practice Salesforce design.
• Develop and maintain test documentation such as test plans, strategies, cases and matrices.
• Apply advanced Salesforce technical principles, contribute to new testing concepts, and troubleshoot integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, defect‑free and meet quality standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field (preferred).
• 4+ years of testing experience with Salesforce platforms.
• Salesforce Certified Advanced QA Lead and Platform App Builder certifications (preferred).
• Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
• Proven ability to analyse complex requirements and determine appropriate testing approaches.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and business audiences.

Required skills

• Salesforce (including release and test automation tools).
• Scrum/Agile methodology.
• UI design principles and best practices.
• Test documentation creation (test plans, cases, matrices).
