Quality Test Engineer III

About the role

As a Quality Test Engineer III you will ensure high‑quality delivery of complex software platforms that support healthcare education worldwide. You will work closely with product, engineering and operations teams to design and execute automated and performance test strategies, while fostering a culture of quality across the development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated and performance testing for assigned projects, delivering reliable software on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Project Management, Engineering and Operations to plan testing and verify that products meet requirements and quality standards.
• Maintain flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
• Work with QA staff, project managers, technical leads and subject‑matter experts to design and run automated and performance tests.
• Report issues, investigate root causes and document findings.
• Research and adopt tools that enhance testing capabilities cost‑effectively.
• Identify performance bottlenecks in partnership with architects, developers and infrastructure engineers.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of quality engineering methodologies, test‑strategy design, defect management and risk‑based testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to collaborate across functional teams.
• Demonstrated ownership of product quality and experience driving quality practices across functional, integration, end‑to‑end and non‑functional testing.
• Strong analytical and root‑cause analysis skills in complex, distributed environments.
• Extensive experience creating, maintaining and enhancing test automation frameworks.

Required skills

• Experience using Playwright with TypeScript or JavaScript for browser‑based, end‑to‑end and API testing.
• Strong API test automation experience using REST Assured with Java or equivalent libraries.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining test automation frameworks.
