Quality Training Assistant

About the role
The Quality Training Assistant will support internal teams within the Quality Training function, ensuring training processes run smoothly across UK sites. Working initially on‑site and later in a hybrid model, you will be an individual contributor responsible for administrative and coordination tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Perform day‑to‑day administrative training tasks for UK sites.
- Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Develop and maintain site‑specific training curricula.
- Verify data entry and hard‑copy training records for accuracy.
- Coordinate facilities and resources needed for training programmes.
- Communicate business‑related issues or opportunities to management.
- Follow all company health, safety and environmental guidelines.
- Ensure personal and company compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Undertake other duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Minimum Grade 4/C GCSEs in English and Mathematics, or equivalent.
- Ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Capability to perform duties in line with established policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills.
