About the role
This senior position focuses on implementing systematic quantitative strategies within a collaborative pod environment. The role is based in London and works directly with the fund’s execution platform, leveraging deep counter‑party relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and manage systematic strategies such as momentum, mean reversion, quant macro, and statistical arbitrage.
- Prioritise short‑term holding strategies while continuously monitoring performance.
- Conduct independent research to refine existing strategies and develop new ones.
- Collaborate closely with pod members to grow the pod and manage the book hands‑on.
- Earn compensation based on a competitive share of profits.
Required profile
- 7–10 years of quantitative or sub‑portfolio management experience on the buy‑side across liquid asset classes.
- Strong track record of running a book and delivering systematic investment results.
- Based in London and comfortable working onsite within a team‑oriented pod.
- Motivation to enhance personal earnings and contribute to pod growth.
Required skills
- Strong coding ability.
