Quantitative Researcher – Systematic Fund (London)

About the role
You will join a collaborative, data‑driven team that values growth and learning. Working closely with the Head of the Desk and the CIO, you will have full ownership of projects that directly influence the trading program.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and refine systematic trading strategies across the fund.
- Take end‑to‑end responsibility for projects, from concept to implementation.
- Assess and integrate risk metrics into a diversified strategy suite.
- Collaborate with multiple internal teams and communicate findings effectively.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of quantitative systematic experience.
- Experience evaluating strategy risk and integrating it into broader portfolios.
- Comfortable working in a highly data‑driven environment.
- Strong, confident communication skills for cross‑team interaction.
- Background from tier‑one firms and ability to work alongside PhD‑level colleagues.
