About the role
We are seeking a Quantitative Support Analyst to join our discretionary trading team. This junior‑level position is ideal for early‑career professionals who love markets, data and building practical tools that help traders make better decisions. The role is fully remote and works closely with experienced discretionary traders.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain dashboards that give traders real‑time visibility into market data, positions and performance.
- Translate traders’ ideas and hunches into quick tests, charts or metrics.
- Prototype lightweight analytics or signals to support trading decisions.
- Automate and clean data workflows to ensure reliable, up‑to‑date information on screen.
- Collaborate directly with traders to refine tools and metrics over time.
Required profile
- Up to 2 years of experience in a quantitative, data or analytics role, preferably supporting a trading or investment team.
- Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
- Strong curiosity about financial markets and how data can explain or challenge intuition.
- Clear communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote, fast‑moving team.
Required skills
- Python (including Pandas and NumPy).
- Data‑visualisation libraries such as Plotly, Dash or Streamlit.
- SQL and experience with time‑series data.
- Working with financial or market‑data APIs (nice to have).
- Basic back‑testing or statistical testing knowledge (nice to have).
