About the role

Join Susquehanna International Group’s Quantitative Systematic Trading graduate programme in London. You will be immersed in a fast‑paced environment where you learn to develop, test and implement algorithmic trading strategies alongside senior traders and researchers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyse trading signals from large data sets.
• Develop quantitative models and algorithmic strategies.
• Collaborate with trading, research and technology teams on strategy implementation.
• Participate in hands‑on trading simulations and real‑world project work.

Required profile

• Research‑oriented mindset with a passion for uncovering patterns in data.
• Strong analytical abilities and a drive to set and achieve personal goals.
• Excellent communication skills for teamwork and idea sharing.
• Enrolled in a master’s, PhD or post‑doc program in a quantitative discipline, available to start in June 2027.

Required skills

• Experience writing code to process and analyse large datasets.
