About the role
Five Rings is seeking campus graduates to join its London desk as Quantitative Traders in 2027. In this full‑time role you will work on live markets, continuously refining models and executing trades based on quantitative recommendations. You will gain hands‑on desk experience while also receiving classroom training.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and tune proprietary trading strategies to reflect current market conditions.
- Execute trades based on model outputs and monitor real‑time market feedback.
- Incorporate feedback from market participants back into models for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with senior traders, quants, and software developers to build and optimise trading models.
- Analyse risks and rewards of new ideas and integrate successful concepts into the firm’s trading systems.
Required profile
- Graduating in winter 2026 or spring/summer 2027.
- Strong quantitative focus and analytical mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment.
- Quick learner with intellectual curiosity.
- Detail‑oriented and self‑starting.
