Quantity Surveyor – Construction – Slough – £60,000

About the role

As a result of major business growth, we are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading UK‑based contractor delivering design‑and‑build projects across the UK. The role involves working across multiple sites and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contracts, calculations and budgets for construction projects.
• Serve contract notices to clients in line with contract and company policy.
• Process subcontractor payments, variations and final accounts.
• Liaise continuously with site teams, subcontractors and client representatives.
• Compile monthly CVR reports, commercial risk reports and cost forecasts.

Required profile

• Relevant quantity surveying experience in construction, including JCT contract management.
• Knowledge of construction planning and execution.
• Ability to work across multiple sites and travel throughout the UK.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
