Quantity Surveyor – Facilities Management (South East England)

About the role

Join an established facilities management provider operating in the defence sector as a Quantity Surveyor within its commercial team. You will help deliver essential accommodation maintenance and facilities services that support UK military personnel and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain commercial control across a diverse portfolio of facilities and infrastructure projects.
• Scope and price voids, ensuring value for money and timely, budget‑conscious delivery.
• Collaborate with operational teams, client representatives and supply‑chain partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce commercial reporting, cost modelling and risk assessments.
• Support dispute resolution when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably within property maintenance or facilities management.
• Formal qualification in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent credential is preferred.
• Valid driving licence and residence within commuting distance of Buckinghamshire.
