Quantity Surveyor – High‑End Interior Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with strong project management experience to become the specialist lead for a award‑winning decorative plasterwork contractor. You will oversee high‑end residential, commercial and heritage interior projects across London and the South East, delivering bespoke finishes for prestigious clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects valued between £100k and £1.5m from order to final account.
• Control project finances – valuations, variations, invoicing and cost monitoring using Excel.
• Coordinate subcontractors to ensure programmes, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure health, safety and profitability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support ongoing training and professional development, including SMSTS certification.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Quantity Surveying and/or Project Management within construction or interior fit‑out.
• Strong Excel skills for reporting and calculations.
• Ability to commute to Sutton, Purley and sites across London & the South East.
• Full UK driving licence.
