Quantity Surveyor – Interior Fit‑Out Projects

About the role

Join a growing construction team as a Quantity Surveyor, overseeing the commercial side of interior fit‑out projects across the UK. You will work closely with clients, suppliers and project teams to deliver student accommodation, hotels, offices and public sector developments profitably and to high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the commercial delivery of multiple interior fit‑out projects.
• Prepare valuations, variations, cash‑flow forecasts and monthly CVR reports.
• Procure subcontractors and issue orders following company procedures.
• Review contracts and identify commercial risks.
• Manage subcontractor accounts, variations and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs, risks and opportunities.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project close‑out and commercial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with SHEQ procedures and health & safety requirements.

Required profile

• Quantity Surveying qualification (Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent).
• Proven experience in interior fit‑out quantity surveying.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Full UK driving licence and valid CSCS card.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
