Quantity Surveyor – Intermediate or Senior – Milton Keynes

About the role

A specialist construction consultancy in Milton Keynes is hiring both an Intermediate and a Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will work on refurbishment, fit‑out, exterior works and security upgrade packages for defence and secure‑estate projects, supporting main contractors across a range of government facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage costs, valuations and variations on live schemes.
• Prepare regular commercial reports and support procurement activities.
• Conduct site visits and liaise with contractors and client representatives.
• Provide commercial advice throughout project lifecycles.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main‑contractor environment.
• HNC or higher in a construction‑related discipline.
• Interest in refurbishment, fit‑out and secure‑estate projects.
• Commitment to long‑term development and chartered status support.
