Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join a busy contractor operating in the property refurbishment and maintenance sector. You will work on minor works projects ranging from £10k to £100k, managing both reactive and planned maintenance across multiple schemes.

Key responsibilities

• Price works from £10k–£100k and produce cost proposals.
• Manage cost reporting from inception through to final account.
• Prepare and submit Cost Variance Reports (CVRs).
• Work under JCT contracts, Schedule of Rates and other standard contract forms.
• Support the commercial function across several live projects.

Required profile

• HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying (essential).
• Experience in property refurbishment, building maintenance or similar sectors.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
