Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our Thames Water Framework team, supporting projects across Little Marlow and the northern Thames Valley. The position is primarily remote, with regular travel to the site for inspections and meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage subcontract accounts from procurement through to final agreement.
• Work across the full project lifecycle, from pre‑construction to delivery.
• Ensure contractual control and cost management across different sectors.
• Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and team members.
• Oversee commercial aspects of subcontract accounts, including interim and final account negotiations.

Required profile

• Relevant construction‑related degree.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in a commercial role for a contractor.
• Familiarity with a variety of contract forms.
• Ability to thrive in a supportive, collaborative team environment.
