Quantity Surveyor – Luxury Interiors & Fit‑Out

About the role

Join a multiple award‑winning specialist contractor delivering bespoke decorative plasterwork and high‑end interior finishes for royal palaces, luxury residences, five‑star hotels and premium commercial developments. You will own the commercial delivery of luxury interior projects from order through to final account, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage luxury residential, commercial and heritage interior projects valued between £100k and £1.5m.
• Prepare valuations, variations, invoicing and cost reports using Excel.
• Monitor project costs, budgets and financial performance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, programmes and project requirements to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, site teams and internal departments.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction, interiors, fit‑out or a related sector.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project costs and variations.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across London.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for valuations, reporting and cost control.
• SMSTS certification (or willingness to undertake).
