Quantity Surveyor – Tier 1 Commercial Mixed-Use Projects

About the role

You will join one of the UK’s leading Tier‑One construction and development firms, working on a landmark £280 million mixed‑use development in the heart of the City of London. As a Project Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for the financial management of this high‑profile project, ensuring profitability and compliance with contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Support package procurement and manage subcontractor agreements.
• Maintain cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and deliver commercial reporting and financial forecasts.
• Identify, assess and mitigate commercial risks.
• Manage subcontractor accounts and ensure timely invoicing.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Project Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within a Tier‑One or Tier‑Two main contractor.
• Strong background in procurement, subcontract management and cost control.
• Proven experience on large‑scale commercial, mixed‑use or major construction projects.
