Quote Manager

About the role

We are a creative street‑marketing company with an in‑house Creative Studio that produces billboard, 3D activations and bespoke builds across the UK. The Quote Manager will own the end‑to‑end quoting process for all Creative Studio projects, working closely with project leads, production teams and the sales function to deliver accurate, competitive and commercially viable proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with suppliers and production partners to obtain accurate costs, lead times and availability for materials and specialist services.
• Build detailed, commercially viable quotes based on project scope, methodology, resources and timelines.
• Identify required resources, suppliers and production methods and capture all associated costs before issuing quotes.
• Develop and maintain consistent quoting templates, processes and a central archive of case studies to improve accuracy and turnaround.
• Create client‑facing quote decks that combine costs, lead times, designs and project information.
• Manage project budget sheets, track spend against budgets and flag variances to project leads.

Required profile

• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Relevant experience in a similar industry and strong understanding of budgets and the end‑to‑end quoting process.
• Ability to accurately ball‑park and estimate job costs and to recognise production risks and hidden costs.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and delivering under tight deadlines.
