About the role
You will join the dispatch department in Stevenage, operating both reach trucks and counterbalance forklifts on a full‑time, Monday‑to‑Friday schedule. The role involves handling deliveries, managing stock on racking, and maintaining accurate dispatch records.
Key responsibilities
- Drive reach trucks and counterbalance forklifts safely.
- Unload and load deliveries from/to lorries.
- Place and retrieve items on/off racking using the reach truck.
- Use the in‑house database to check goods in and out.
- Log all dispatch notes accurately.
Required profile
- Valid Reach and Counterbalance licence.
- Basic PC literacy.
- Good attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to read and write English.
Required skills

- Basic PC skills.
