Reach Truck Operative – Full Time

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Reach Truck Operative to join our warehouse team at Wardle. You will work a 4‑on‑4‑off shift (6 am‑6 pm) handling stock, picking orders and ensuring smooth dispatch of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Pick orders from pick lists and locate stock as required.
• Pack orders ready for dispatch and load goods onto trucks.
• Receive, check and store incoming products safely.
• Operate a reach truck and other mobile plant when needed.
• Complete paperwork, report shortages or damages and adhere to health & safety policies.

Required profile

• Previous experience operating a reach truck (refresher training can be provided).
• Comfortable on your feet and able to lift and carry items.
• Team‑player with a positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Computer literate and aware of safe manual‑handling practices.
