About the role

This strategic Knowledge Lawyer position sits within a leading Real Estate Disputes team. You will act as the central technical expert, driving consistency, innovation and commercial focus across contentious property work.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical advice on complex real estate disputes and civil‑procedure matters.
• Monitor legal and market developments and translate them into practical guidance, precedents and updates.
• Produce and maintain standard documents, playbooks and knowledge‑management resources.
• Design and deliver internal and client‑facing training sessions.
• Support litigation strategy development and ensure consistent approaches across key work types.
• Drive improvements in knowledge management using legal technology and AI tools.
• Contribute to thought‑leadership and client‑facing materials in partnership with BD and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with the wider Knowledge Lawyer community to advance firm‑wide KM strategy.

Required profile

• UK‑qualified solicitor with approximately 5+ years PQE in Real Estate Disputes or a seasoned PSL/Knowledge Lawyer.
• Strong technical experience across contentious property work.
• Excellent drafting ability, producing clear, commercially‑focused materials.
• Confident communicator able to deliver training and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly organised, proactive and collaborative with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Interest in legal innovation and knowledge‑management technologies.
