Real Estate Litigation Solicitor

About the role

We are seeking a Real Estate Litigation Solicitor with 2‑5 years post‑qualification experience to join our market‑leading property litigation team in London. You will work on high‑profile, complex disputes for a sophisticated client base, handling both commercial and residential matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload covering landlord‑tenant disputes, development issues, rights of light, dilapidations, possession claims, professional negligence, insolvency, construction disputes and Telecommunications Code matters.
• Take responsibility for high‑value, strategically significant cases from day one.
• Provide advocacy in court, mediation, arbitration and other dispute‑resolution forums.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development activities.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 2‑5 years PQE in real estate litigation.
• Demonstrated commercial judgement and exceptional client‑care skills.
• Proactive, organised, and driven with excellent communication abilities.
