About the role

Our client, an international law firm with a strong presence across the UK, is seeking a Real Estate Partner to join their Leeds office. The role sits within a Legal 500‑rated national Property practice, handling high‑value development and investment matters.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee high‑value real estate transactions from inception to completion.
• Work with the Leeds team on investment and development matters.
• Support Leeds partners in driving office growth.
• Develop and expand your own client portfolio.
• Mentor junior lawyers within the practice.
• Contribute to the national Real Estate practice and business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in complex real estate transactions.
• Portable book of business and strong ties to the Yorkshire market.
• Current experience at partner level.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead a team.
• Interest in working for an international law firm.

Required skills

What we offer

• Salary between £160,000 and £240,000 per year.
