Real Estate Solicitor (2+ PQE)

About the role

Join a Top 100 UK law firm as a Real Estate Solicitor in Oxfordshire, working on a diverse range of commercial property matters for landlords, tenants, developers and investors. The role offers hybrid working, career progression and exposure to high‑value transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, investment transactions, secured lending and development projects.
• Provide commercially focused advice and support to clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with senior partners while taking ownership of individual matters.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
• Demonstrated experience in commercial property law, including landlord‑tenant, investment, secured lending or development work.
• Strong technical ability, commercial awareness and confidence in managing an independent caseload.
• Team‑player with a proactive interest in business development and client growth.
