Real Estate Solicitor (2+ years PQE) – Cardiff

About the role

Join a leading commercial law firm in Cardiff as a Real Estate Solicitor with at least two years post‑qualification experience. You will work within a highly regarded commercial property team, supporting developers, investors, landlords and public sector clients on a variety of real‑estate matters.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with acquisitions and disposals of property assets.
• Handle landlord and tenant matters.
• Support development and regeneration projects.
• Participate in property finance transactions.
• Manage asset‑management and due‑diligence work, including CPSEs, SDLT/LTT and Land Registry processes.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales.
• Minimum 2 years PQE in commercial real estate.
• Experience gained in a city, national or strong regional firm.
• Strong drafting and organisational abilities.
• Commercially minded with a practical client‑service approach.
