Real Estate Solicitor – Commercial Property Team

About the role

We are seeking an English‑qualified Real Estate Solicitor to join our well‑established commercial property team in Edinburgh. You will work on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, advising investors, developers, occupiers and lenders from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
• Handle landlord and tenant matters.
• Manage secured lending and development project transactions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business on high‑value deals.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• English‑qualified solicitor with 2‑6 years post‑qualification experience.
• Proven experience handling commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong technical and drafting abilities.
• Commercial, pragmatic approach to client advice.
• Confidence to manage own matters while working collaboratively.
• A genuine ambition to develop a long‑term legal career.
