About the role
Four Lanes Junior School is looking for a friendly, organised Reception Admin Assistant to join its busy school office team. The role is the first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff and visitors and offers an immediate start with the possibility of continuation from September.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the school reception area and welcome visitors.
- Answer and direct telephone calls.
- Monitor and record pupil attendance.
- Provide general administrative support to the school office.
- Administer first aid when required.
- Maintain a professional front‑of‑house service.
Required profile
- Enhanced DBS certificate.
- Paediatric First Aid qualification.
- Previous administration and customer‑service experience (preferred).
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced school environment.
