About the role

Prospero Teaching is recruiting a Reception (EYFS) Teacher for a mainstream primary school in West Drayton. The role is a full‑time, temporary position covering two academic terms, with the possibility of extension or a permanent offer based on performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare and deliver daily EYFS lessons for Reception classes.
  • Mark assessments, track progress and provide feedback to pupils and parents.
  • Organise and attend parents' evenings and school events.
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold safeguarding procedures.

Required profile

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year of EYFS teaching experience in the UK.
  • Current safeguarding training completed within the last year.
  • Right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS with online update service.
  • Two professional child‑related references covering the last two years.
