Receptionist – Front Desk

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, passionate and energetic Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will create a warm welcome, provide information about the hotel’s services, facilities and the local area, and ensure every stay starts on a positive note.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a genuine smile and manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Answer phone calls, respond to enquiries and provide accurate information about hotel amenities, restaurants, bars and meeting rooms.
• Promote hotel services and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a tidy and organised front‑desk area and handle administrative tasks.
• Work a flexible rota, covering evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Required profile

• Natural hospitality charm and a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in a branded hotel is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
