About the role
The Ned is looking for a friendly, professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests in its iconic City of London location. You will join a busy front‑office team, delivering a seamless check‑in experience and supporting guests throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, manage arrivals and departures using the Opera property management system.
- Answer guest enquiries, provide information and resolve issues promptly.
- Upsell hotel services and amenities where appropriate.
- Work a rotating weekly roster covering morning, afternoon/evening and occasional night shifts.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming front‑desk environment.
Required profile
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a calm, courteous manner.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
- Eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Opera PMS (property management system).
